What we store
We store your Google account ID, email, display name and optional avatar; hashed session tokens; your video credit balance; uploaded portraits; generation records and generated videos. Sessions last up to 30 days. We do not receive your Google password.
User sources and attribution
We record a browser visitor ID, first visit, most recent tracked visit and signup visit. These may include UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term, ad click IDs, landing path and referring site origin. Country is derived from Cloudflare request information and device type from the browser user agent. Attribution is held in a cookie that expires 30 days after it is set and in local browser storage until that storage is cleared. Attribution is linked to your account when you sign in.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and media storage. Google provides sign-in. We also use Google Analytics to measure visits and how the site is used. fal processes your uploaded photos and the reference video to generate your video. Stripe processes payments. We store payment references and pack details, not complete card numbers.
Media and access
Your media is stored under this product’s own prefix. Input images are delivered to the generation service through signed URLs that expire after two hours. Results require your account session to view or download. Uploaded inputs and results are retained with your account history until deleted; no automatic deletion period is currently promised.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@bulin47aivideo.app from your account email. Include the relevant task ID for video issues.
