Terms of Use

Using the generator
Upload a photo only when you have permission to use the image and the likeness of the person in it. Do not upload photos of celebrities or public figures. Do not upload illegal material, non-consensual intimate content or deceptive impersonation. The provider can reject inputs under its own policies.
Generated videos
Each generation requests one 15-second video. The reference clip guides the moves, street setting, camera and audio. AI likeness, framing, hands and timing can vary. New videos are delivered at the selected resolution: 480p or 720p HD. Review the output before sharing. We do not guarantee an exact likeness or a particular outcome.
Purchases
Video packs are one-time payments: 1 credit for $8.99, 3 for $19.99 or 10 for $59.99, before any applicable checkout taxes. Each generation uses 1 credit at 480p or 3 credits at 720p HD. No subscription or free signup grant is included. Creating another version uses the same amount for its resolution. Credits have no scheduled expiry and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Rights and affiliation
This tool is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels. A purchase does not grant rights to music, trademarks, source performances or another person’s likeness. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions when publishing or using outputs commercially.
Availability and contact
Service availability depends on the generation, storage, sign-in and payment providers. If a submission is uncertain, check My videos and contact support before retrying. For service questions contact support@bulin47aivideo.app. See the refund policy for failed tasks and payment refund requests.
